Bubbling Kassinas (Kassina senegalensis) are medium (30 – 40 mm) walking frogs found in the eastern halve of South Africa and many Southern African countries. They prefer vleis and grassland areas.
These frogs have large eyes and bullet-shaped bodies with smooth glossy skins. Colouration ranges from cream to olive bodies with white bellies and a solid wide dark stripe down the centre of the back and broken stripes down the sides.
